I have never worked out before or I have injuries or I'm overweight. Is this boot camp right for me?
Definitely! Our camps are designed to challenge people at any fitness level. You may be overweight, have arthritis, etc. As long as your doctor allows you to exercise, you can join our camp.
During your trial week, we'll discuss any issues you may have. Once we are familiar with your situation and can work with any issues you may have during the camp.
What is the cost of your boot camps?
Depending on the program you select, Brandon Fitness Camps start at $129 per month, which breaks down to $10 per session. When compared to buying useless exercise equipment, gym memberships and diet products that simply don't work, you'll find Brandon Fitness Camps is a tiny investment in your health.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount toward your next month for each referral who joins the program. So if you refer two friends, your next camp will be free!
How long is each session? How many sessions per week?
Each session is approximately 30 minutes long. This includes warm-up, the main workout and cool down. You also get coaching on nutrition, motivation and help with accountability.
What should I wear?
Please wear light breathable clothing and sneakers. Try not to wear clothing that is too baggy as it is difficult to see and correct your body movements.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring an exercise mat or long towel, a workout towel and water.
Who will be coaching me?
Rob deFreese is a nationally certified trainer who has worked with clients in all age groups, from 18-70+. He has trained athletes, people with medical issues and people in between.
Will I learn about nutrition?
Any good fitness professional knows that achieving optimal body composition, health and performance requires not only great workouts, but great nutrition. During our boot camps, we'll give you the tools you need to understand what sound nutrition is all about.
When I hear “boot camp” I picture a drill instructor yelling at me. Is this boot camp “military style?”
No. Our camps are about intense exercise and group training. As we get to know you, we learn how you best respond to coaching and provide feedback in the style best suited to you.
That being said, realize that excellent results come from intensity, effort and environment. We'll provide the environment and tools, you must bring the effort.
How can you offer a guarantee?
We know what works. We know if you follow our workouts and nutrition guidelines, you will get results. The only variable is how committed are you to your reach your goals.
Many people have been conditioned to blame some outside factor, like bad genetics, lack of time, or anything else, for not getting results.
The real reason is they have been following the wrong advice. We're here to help you understand why you're not getting the results you want and to offer you an approach that will get you those results.
Do I need to do other workouts on my own?
you will receive coaching and guidance about mobility and flexibility, proper cardio training or nutritional coaching. To get maximum results from your Brandon Fitness Camp training, outside activity is encouraged.
